Winners of the Middlesex 7s in 2003, they’re also a breeding ground for England and Premiership stars like Tim Rodber, Dean Ryan and Josh Lewsey.

The Army is providing full training facilities to enable you not only to develop your rugby but also your team work and leadership skills. Regular soldiers from the local area will put you through some exciting activities off the sports pitch such as:

• Obstacle Courses
• Mountain Biking
• Swimming
