Sale Sharks and England kicking sensation, Charlie Hodgson, is one of the top points scorers and goal kickers in the Premiership, scoring on average 16 points a game for Sale Sharks this season. Charlie has taken time out of his busy schedule to answer your questions.

Q: How do you stay fit and healthy?
A:
Going to the Gym and training with the club everyday whilst eating a balanced diet

Q: Which position is the most important on the field?
A: Fly Half

Q: Who is the best player you have ever played with or against?
A: Jason Robinson

Q: If you could play any other positions, what would it be?
A:
Outside Centre

Q: How do prepare for a big game?
A: Make sure I’m mentally prepared, going through the play calls and moves in my head. Practice kicking in stadium

Q:  What is your greatest rugby achievement?
A:
Being capped by England. Winning the Premiership Trophy Final with Sale Sharks

Q: If you hadn’t become a professional rugby player. What would you have been?
A:
No idea

Q: What is your greatest achievement?
A: Winning the Premiership with Sale

Q: What are your unfulfilled ambitions?
A: Win the Heineken Cup and World Cup

Q: You’ve been at Sale Sharks for 7 years now. How do you rate the current squad?
A:
Very good. Good strength in depth and lots of Internationals
